Shipping policy

Delivery time: Most US orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days of being placed. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), and the rest is time in transit. You'll see the estimate for your order at checkout before you pay.

Shipping rates: Tracked shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Below $50, tracked shipping starts at $4.90. Your exact rate is shown at checkout.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Late packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at troy@globaltradingpartners.email and we'll make it right.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can update it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us with your order number and photos (for damage) and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
